All of life is relational with God, self and others. This is especially true in business because without people there is no business, healthy teams, organizations, families etc.
Everything we do from how we spend our time, to how we spend our money even the words, we speak are all seeds we plant in our lives.
You can plant seeds of Love that harvest Love or seeds of friendship through mutual love and respect that harvest great relationships of love and respect.
Seeds of Hope, Opportunity. But make no mistake. Whatever seeds you plant in the lives of others you will reap love, strife, hate or generosity from others. What would you rather have a banquet of flowers or a packet of seeds. Martin Luther King sowed seeds of Love and changed the constitution of America with zero violence. The power is in the seed you sow.
“Truly I tell you, “if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” Math17:20
Thy Kingdom Come thy will be done on Earth as it is in heaven. Jesus Christ said it first.
The kingdom of God is like a man casting seed into the ground; And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how. For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear. But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.”
The Lord used the comparison of His Word to a law of nature that is unchangeable, not an institution of man. You can cheat or manipulate nearly all systems that men have created. The legal system can be beaten, letting the guilty go free. Our educational system can be beaten, passing students who haven’t really learned the material. But you can’t change seedtime and harvest. It’s a spiritual law that has been established since creation.
As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease. Gen 8:22
Sowing into people’s lives is an investment that is not cheap, fast or easy. It requires time, watering, and nurturing. However, it’s an investment that eventually pays for itself over and over and the best investment you can make for longevity.
